To help to relax and loosen the body and mind this session will start with 30 minutes of gentle flow movements, body-tapping, and vocal toning, plus a series of essential self-healing exercises.
The second part of the workshop consists of 45 minutes of Sound Bath. Chai will bring a unique fusion of live sounds combined with relaxing guided meditations. He will take you on a profound journey within yourself where the body and mind can finally rest and re-charge.

- ALL CHANGE VIBRATION -
A mix of relaxing and spontaneous recordings and soundscapes,
produced on the road during summer 2016 .
I started the All Change Vibration sound journey with my camper van (Freda) June 2016 in London. I travelled through Europe, Along the way I stopped in many places where I offered relaxing group Sound baths.
A journey of 9000 km circa, it took place in two rounds , going South to Portugal and coming back North to Uk, and lasted for about 60 days.
During the trip I deeply connected with Nature, stopping in some incredible places. In particular I loved Austria, Slovenia and the Alps.
On a full moon night I went out in the woods to listen to the sound of the river ..it was so beautiful, I recoded the sound of the stream together with the Koshi (hand Kraft Chimes) plus my voice..When I went back in my camper van during that night, listening back to the recording I was so impressed by the calmness of the sound..I fell asleep quite soon after I started to listen to the track. (The river lullaby)
During the Journey I met many new and old friends, musicians with whom I shared, and recorded some beautiful, magic sound moments too.
I hope you’ll enjoy listening to the CD and you may feel those extemporaneous magical moments through the flow of the music..
Note:
These spontaneous live recordings were made on real time, all improvised in the moment, it is like the sound track of my journey. I have used a basic portable ‘Zoom’ stereo recorder, with very little editing and mixing, so the sound is very much live and authentic with occasional background noise .
